Xbox one s making a noise like a stuck cd

My sons Xbox one s

has just started making a funny noise i don’t think he’s got a disc in there but it sounds as if there’s one in there as it sounds like a disc just spinning and is stuck or something so I’ve stopped him playing it but want to solve the problem
