Home button is not working after screen replacement?

I replaced the new screen of iPad Mini 4 with same original home button. But Home button does not work. Does it requires any microsoldering to home button work with new screen ?

Options

As long as the button wasn’t damaged and it was seated in the connector properly, it does not require micro soldering.
