Rebuild MacBook 13 in

I have the black 13 polycarbonate, 2.4Ghz processor, 2GB mem, 250 HD... And I would like to know if I can custom rebuild this model with new/ up-to-date hardware and software (ie. new HDD, prefer SSD, higher RAM capacity, more Memory than just 4 GB, display, Logic board... The works). I know It would be easier to get a new Macbook, but i like the body so much. Basically a new Mac in an old case.

Apple MacBook "Core 2 Duo" 2.4 13" (Black-08) Specs

Identifiers: Early 2008 - MB404LL/A - MacBook4,1 - A1181 - 2242

Unfortunately you got the top of the line, last of the model unit. Nothing will really work for you. I don't see why a newer all Aluminum body couldn't be taken to a metal place and anodized. I'll do some research and let you know if I find anything.
