Hello, the phone is obviously dropped and does not turn on. what is its problem circuit board or battery.

If you did have vibrate on mute enabled, you can perform a quick and easy test. Simply flip the mute switch. If it vibrates then its obviously not the battery because it is powered on. You could also try to call your number. If it rings then again, it’s powered on. If you dropped it you most likely damaged the OLED panel.
