Chrome OS is missing or damaged. Start Recovery dont know how?

I am getting this message on when turning on the Pixelbook

Chrome OS is missing or damaged. Please remove all connected devices and start recovery. I tried by ESC + Refresh and Power but does not work. Downloaded the Recovery from google but dont know to go to recovery please help.
