Upgraded with NVMe and Adaptor - Reboot Alt shows NVMe as External HDD
I have a Macbook Air Early 2014 13.3 i7 8GB RAM. Just upgraded to 256GB INTEL NVMe.
Post upgrade - Boot is delayed by around 10 seconds for the apple logo to come out.
Boot Camp - Does not initiate post all three steps. Looks like it cannot detect the internal HDD
Insert a bootable USB and press alt during boot it shows with the orange icon like an external drive connected
Not sure if this is a Kernel issue or Adaptor issue.
Kindly help me find a solution.

What does Disk Utility show?
You'll need to alter the view to show all devices and then open each level and snapshot of each level and post them here for us to see Adding images to an existing question
