Can anyone help me in removing Search.StartNow.com from browser home page? It is keep redirecting again and again. Need permanent solution.

You have adware/malware app installed! These monitor what you do even when you take the page off, there is more behind the scenes tracking you.
Get a good anti-virus/malware app to clean your system.

@mloganjames7766 that is a browser hijacker. There are plenty of steps involved to remove it permanently. Follow this guide on here to get rid of it.

In case it is not a virus, or even before checking, see if you are changing it correctly:
Change your homepage in Browser on Mac
- In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click General.
- In the Homepage field, enter a webpage address. To simply use the webpage you're currently viewing, click Set to Current Page.
- Choose when your homepage is shown.
