What are your tips/tricks for removing or extracting stripped screws? try this, or use a small drill bit and a steady hand to drill out the head of the screw, then use tweezers to take out the rest of the screw once the part has been removed. You'll need to get a replacement screw. try ebay if ifixit doesn't stock them.
