Problem with my watch paring

Hello I am having issues with my Apple Watch I reset it and I am trying to connect it’s not connecting to my phone it tells me to update the watch and when the update is finished it tells me  to connect to my network while I am already connected please help me out

Can you include a screenshot of your phone when it gives you the error saying to connect to your network?
