Is there hope for this repair.

I got to 11:34 of new life2oldstuff video on you tube when the small latch that held one of the ribbons broke off. Is there a fix? I did have the tablet go on at one point but the outer case wasn’t going on right so I opened again. Thanks.

First check your battery for swelling. Something caused the latch to break.
