Logic board swapping 4, 8, 16 GB

Is it possible to replace iPhone's original logic board with a new logic board with different capacity? Say from original 4 GB to 8 GB or 16 GB?

Yes, as you see here there are different logic boards for different capacities, and it says they each work in all 1st gen iPhones

Just an addition: make sure the 8 or 16 GB boards are for 1st gen iPhones (which is represented by your link). 2nd or 3rd gen iPhone boards aren't compatible with 1st gen.

when i used facebook or internet in my iphone A1203 8g a second ago it will turn back in menu. i cant used facebook because it will be back in menu after a second.what should i do?thanks
