Changed the display as directed here but now the Laptop is not powering up.
Is this a good question?

OK, the good news is the two systems are a match (same series) so the issue is not using the wrong display (Apple altered things a bit so while the displays look alike they aren’t across some series).
Lets pop the bottom off and disconnect the batteries on both following this guide MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Early 2015 Display Assembly Replacement to the first six steps. Then jump down to Step 11 Take a nice tight picture of the cable and the connector like the third picture so we can see the solder joints and the gold contacts of the cable Adding images to an existing question

Thanks, Dan, added the pictures.
Now on pressing the power the fan turns on but no display
OK lets shine a flashlight through the lids Apple Logo do you see the faint image of your desktop and its icons?
Yes on shining the light apple logo can be seen and the faint image of the desktop.
OK that tells me you blew the fuse (hopefully nothing more) as you must have not disconnected the battery before disconnecting things.

What was the problem originally? Are you sure you get a good display?
Did you check your connections could you have messed up something?

In my original MacBook Pro 13 retina early 2015 , the Apple guys diagnosed a display failure . I found a second hand MacBook Pro same model and changed its display to mine with the help of step by step instructions on this site. After reassembling my original laptop wont turn on at all . The second hand laptop was perfectly fine as it display was working but not battery . My original laptop’s display was not working but was powering up before . Thanks

Give me both your systems S/N and the parts systems something is not right here.

Might be the battery? I know that some systems won’t boot without a battery (I’m looking at you, 3DS), so it’s possible the battery is toast and the system can’t boot.
