So my character ingame started looking down when i played games on my pc that wasn’t on steam. On steam it works perfectly but when playing from any other platform originm, uplay and etc. the right stick keeps going down ingame.

It may be stick drift, take it apart and clean the joystick out as there may be dirt in there

It isn't the stick drift, it works perfectly on steam games. but when played on other platforms it doesn't work
Thats odd, could it be some game controller driver issues?
