Can’t download a new game I just bought

So I recently purchased “The Crew 2” And I’ve come Across The Error Code “Ce-36344-9” I’ve literally done everything Even I initilized my PlayStation still Nothing

Did you downloaded the game? Or do you have the actual copy (disc)? Did you already tried to format the drive and reinstalled the software? Did you test with another (known working) harddrive?
