How do I fix the bootloop issue after screen replacement?

The original screen on my Sony Xperia XZ had cracked, and thus I replaced the screen by myself. After installing the new screen, however, the phone is stuck in a bootloop. I ordered another replacement, but the problem still persists. I am sure there is no issue with the software, as I had not updated the OS or firmware nor installed any new apps on the device recently. I’m not in the place to be phoneless at the moment. Your help is highly appreciated.
