Display malfunction on clock radio

Hello… I have a Bose Wave AWR1-w1. The LED display is malfunctioning. When I first plug it in I can set the clock and turn on the radio I can set to a station. But fairly quickly the display gets all wonky, blinking all sorts of words and the numbers are not displaying correctly. The radio works fine but as I push any buttons the display led becomes unreadable to know what station it’s set at. Many words a lit up at once and blinking sometimes. Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem or replacement parts available to purchase?

Thanks

I would first try the recommended reset sequence:

https://www.bose.com/en_us/support/artic...

They suggest replacing the battery if it begins working okay after plugging it back in.

If that doesn’t fix it not sure where you go from there.

Send it back and get a different brand. I purchased a brand new one,it gobbled my cd they sent me a totally new one and it wouldn't take my cd after about playing 3 in a row. Asked for a refund and got it right away.Good customer but lousy overpriced product! Boxing it up twice and taking it down to UPS was a pain!

I used the link provided to access the reset but none is listed for the Wave Radio. Another location possible?
