I see that ifix it has a screen but no kits with an adhesive. Is there any way to get a some sort of an alternative as the ones for othe ipads look real specific.

If you already have the tools to perform the repair, you could order from a reputable parts supplier like Mobile Sentrix, Mobile Defenders, or Injured Gadgets and their screens come with adhesive preinstalled. Alternatively, you could order this Tesa 61395 Tape
Pro tip: use acetone and Q-tips to clean the adhesive residue off of the frame after you get the old screen off. It will ensure the new screen adheres.
