PS4 with no image but sound on TV

So I’ve finally got my first PS4 this week! Then, when I connected it to my TV (PANASONIC TX-50GX559ES LED UHD Smart TV) is has a black screen with only the background sound  on.

I don’t have another TV, but I asked my neighbor if I could test it on hers, and IT DID!!!

I’ve tried all HDMI cables that I own in all HDMI ports on the TV. Other electronic devices are working fine on the TV.

I have been watching videos to try to figure it out, but I already tried everything and nothing worked :(

I tried to started it on safe mode, but it has no image at all even in this mode.

I managed to make the first installation and profile only with the sound, using videos on YouTube.

Have anyone ever had this problem or have any idea to solve it??!

I really think it’s a settings problem because the TV works fine with other devices and the PS4 also works fine in another TV.
