Speaker volume not as loud

I recently replaced my speakers and cleaned out both speakers however my volume is not as loud as the other iPhone 7 Plus and I’m not sure what else I could try. Any suggestions would be very helpful…

Options

Depending on what speakers you used, if they are aftermarket they may not be as good of quality as OEM. OEM Apple parts are near impossible to obtain, but I would potentially look into a different aftermarket speaker from a different company. I would also check to make sure the connection is nice and clean and seated well.
