PS4 start, but black screen, short PIN 1

Hello, I am having problems making a Ps4 work, it came from a friend who tried to turn it on with an atx source, when I arrived I turned it on (atx source), but it did not give video, I check continuity of pin 1 (5v) of the power supply with ground, and it's short ... i cant found where is the problem ..

the short goes to that part too i cant find whats is wrong
