iPhone SE screen separating

My iPhone’s screen in separating on the top, it moves whenever I tap the screen. Could this be due to battery swelling (I read it’s a problem on the iPhone 5, but also SE?) or has the screen come loose somehow? The screen itself works fine, no other problems there. What could cause this and how can I figure it out?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

It's a problem with the batteries swelling and causing the screen to push out. You need to open the screen and verify that is the problem. Be careful when you open the screen, the home button cable is there and you need to open it slowly and not past about a third open and unhook the cable.
