How can I replace my broken Home button?

I have to press it many time for work...sometimes i have to use more pressure for work...i have to change it...someone can make a detailed guide for do this?

take the screen off following ifixit's instructions, once the glass in free from the middle-board you can very clearly see the home button and how it works, it is not complicated once you can see it.
