Could be possible to connect 2 display on iPhone?

Hi,

how are you guys?

I know could seems a crazy question but I find it so interesting: could an iPhone support 2 LCD Display using a lcd flex cable splitter.

If not, why?

Thanks

Andrea P.

Is just not possible! The graphics engine in the A Series APU chip is not able to support two displays as there is no second display output.

Think of it like a PC with VGA or mDP ports each port the PC has can only support one monitor alone.

Now let’s look at an iMac we could connect an iPad to it as a second monitor using Side Car here we are using a wireless connection between the two devices. That would be one way to link two iPhones together building off of what Apple did with Side Car support. But, thats not using one iPhone to drive two displays, each is sharing the same displays data wirelessly. I’m not sure if you could even do it with an iPhone the needed support may not be within the iPhone’s iOS.

Lastly, you have Airplay Mirroring but that requires an AppleTV or a TV with support for it. Maybe you can leverage that somehow.
