Why is my left click not functioning?
All buttons work perfectly except my left click, without any obvious damage, water spill, drop or etc.

Open your settings or control panel and toggle your mouse preferences.
Update (05/30/2020)
Only thing I can think maybe update the driver, or try a different USB port to rule out a bad port

the problem persists on the same key even after switching left/right primary button
I am having this issue too, I believe that the switch may be worn and needs to be replaced. My first step will be to dismantle the mouse and give it a clean just in case it’s a ‘dirt’ issue.
