solder paste in stuck in my stencil

If I hold my reball stencil up to the light it looks like some of the holes are full of solder paste but I can't get it to come out. I would have thought it would have came out on the chip. I forgot to mention it is for the iPhone 7 audio ic.

Options

I would put flux on it and heat it in and melt the paste clean it with a brush and finally alcohol.
