Ps4 controller will not charge

controller will not charge I have replaced both the USB port and the battery, the controller will not charge and unable to use with wire plugged in turns off within a few seconds with and without battery plugged in. Any suggestions? I Have also tried resetting it.

If you’ve already replaced the battery and charge port then it could be the mobo
