iPhone XR back camera issue

Hey! Has anyone ever experienced when taking photos on the XR (or any other iPhone) that it looks like the camera glass is cracked, but this is NOT visible at all from the outside.

does anyone know if it might be the inner glass that is cracked, or the camera lens it self?
