Screen issues (Hacked? Or Cracked?)

Hello something weird just happened. My screen started glitching out and then went black except for the very top. The only thing displayed was the time wifi data and battery. I restart the phone and same thing. Now it’s working but I can tell the screen looks a lot different. The color now has a cooler tone almost a blue tint. Did I just get hacked? I just watch a rick and morty episode on 123 movies and I know those sites are sketch. Also my screen is cracked. Does this seem like an issue from that or do you think it was hacked. And what do I do. I’m super scared because Apple is closed because of covid 19.
