Replaced the Glass, now I have a Dead Spot

I replaced the glass like shown in the video. Now I have a small dead spot on the touch screen, near the middle on the left side. Is there a fix for this or did I do something wrong in the removel process. Everything else work prefect.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I would try disconnecting, then re-connecting the digitizer (the glass that recieves touch input) I took apart my Evo about a week ago, and after putting it back together, I had a dead spot too. Opening it up, and removing the cables then reconnecting them fixed the problem. If it still has a dead spot after doing this, then you probably recieved a defective part, and should try and get a refund/replacement.

Tried reconnecting, did not help seemed to make it worse. Luckly found out Sprint has open enrollment for insurance in August, so I added insurance and am taking it in to get it fixed. Then I will drop the insurance next month.
