Bike wheel scrubbing with frame URGENT

Picture says it all!! My wheel is against my frame .

I tried to unlock the wheel but the hand is not doong anything..I didnt change a wheel begore so the hand should unlock the wheel but it seems that the hand is stuck I cant turn it

Sorry for bad english

Please help

Need to go to work tomorrow with my bike!!

The axel is stuck can’t twist it

So for some of these wheels you have to lift up on the locking lever(silver thing in the third picture) and then twist the axel to losen it. If your bike previously didn’t have issues, or the wheel was recently removed, the axel might not be positioned correctly. Try to make sure that both sides of the axel fit snuggly. It’s also possible that if the wheel was removed that the bike chain was not threaded properly on the rear shifter. It can be a little tricky to get the rear wheel back on.

Other options:

A spoke on the bike broke and is causing a portion to be curved out. Not sure it is just rubbing in one place or the whole wheel would be rubbing. Try testing the tension of the spokes and seeing if any of them are snapped near the center of the wheel or outside. But I would guess that it is an axel thing. I’ve had a few spokes bend and it doesn't mess it up that bad.
