Why is my Friends chromebook not making sound?
My friends HP Chromebook 11 G4 Education Edition is not working because its not making any sound. Can you please help?

Is there any audio heard when using headphones connected to the laptop’s headphone socket?

try plugging a speaker or a headphones or cat your chromebook to your tv and its should make sound
