iPhone SE won't turn on

I ordered a new screen today and put it in my phone but upon reconnecting the battery and trying to turn the phone on it does not show any signs of life. I tried reconnecting the old screen (cracked but still worked) and the phone still won’t turn on.

I followed the steps in this previous guide (iPhone se won't turn on ) regarding the multimeter and the phone did show signs of voltage zigzagging between 1.15 to 3.90 when connected to charger without the battery but once again it still refuses to turn on. Do I need to take this to the shop to have the charging IC replaced or is there any other steps I should try?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Have you tried to let the phone load its battery for a couple of hours, maybe your battery isn’t good.

In my opinion it is not worth to repair the logic board, a second hand iPhone SE is cheaper than the cost of repair.

Yeah I let it sit overnight and not powering up. I could order a replacement battery but I don't think that's the problem because this phone could still turn on while being charged without the battery connected before.
