El Capitan bootable usb flash drive isn’t showing up. I used trans Mac but it won’t show up when I hold down option please help

I’ve never had any luck with TransMac. Can you find a friend with a Mac that can help you who has El Capitan on it.
Be aware You need to back date your systems clock year as the installers certificate window of use has expired! We can over come this by telling the installer its back in 2017 where the certificate window is valid.
