So today while i was at school one of my cats was up on my entertainment stand and spilt a half filled glass of water all over my PlayStation and it wont work now. What should I do? Asking for advice

Won’t work as in, it won’t boot? I think there are not many options left. You could bring it to a repair shop or you could open it up by yourself and see what’s in the inside.

It wont turn on at all
Hmm, could you open it up to check? Perhaps your power supply failed. And if possible, please sent us some pictures.
