MacBook Air not turning on

My MacBook Air won’t turn on after SMC reset and VRAM reset multiple times. No water damage and have checked the indicators in case. On first opening it made the startup chime sound and at one point following an SMC reset it showed the Apple logo and a loading bar. Sometimes for some reason if I include the fn button it will make the fans sound high speed.

I have also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery and display and trying to reboot with battery disconnected but nothing different.

When plugged into the charger it displayed an orange light and then green as normal when fully charged. As the fan is working I’m guessing not battery related. Does anyone have any ideas?
