PS4 System Install Problem

I took my ps4 to a technician because I had no video output. He changed the integrated video chip, but was unable to reintall system. I am trying to do it myself, but for some reason when asked to insert the pendrive with the system software, i am unable to press the Ok button(controller connected to usb and working). On the other hand, all options in the safe mode are disabled but option 7.

Edit: I am Adding images of the problem.

After Trying everything, found out that the problem actually was the “right“ pad button in the controller. Now a new error presented ce-35888-2. I will open a new question for this. Thank You EveryOne!

Did you tried to format the drive before you put it back in the PS4? Otherwise try another (empty) HDD just to test.

Did you download the full software (not update only)? And the USB is FAT32 formatted right? When it should reboot the console, does your PS4 reboots or turns off? If it turns off instead of rebooting, please unplug the power cable and connect it once again, then turn it on.

I downloaded the full software, and formatted the pendrive to fat32. I never get to the reboot part of the process. Check images for clarification on the error. https://imgur.com/a/muivaSJ

Ah I get it now. When you try the controller with bluetooth it won't simply connect (keeps searching, flashing white light) ? And with USB it's not working either. And did you tried multiple controllers ? Perhaps it's even related to the USB ports on the motherboard... Did you tried other USB ports, also the backside?
