no sound when calling

I tried to change my screen but was having problem so I closed my phone back up. Now, when the phone rings, I can only hear caller when the speaker phone is on. Can you tell me how to get sound without the speaker being on?

Try just simply resetting or restoring it.

Thanks. I haven't tried it yet because it seems hard to do without but I'm going to change my sim card to another phone so I want farther damage this one. Thanks

I too have the same issue, it think it has something to do with connector 3
