How to connect a printer online
My printer is working when I make a copy from a hardcopy. But to print from Microsoft word it won’t print. It says it is off-line and I have 10 documents waiting

First clear your printer cue. I could tell you more but I don’t know what computer you have or your operating system or your model of printer.
