Pairing showing connected but only seconds of sound

I’ve used my Doss bt speaker for over a year now perfectly all of a sudden there’s only seconds worth of sound when connected to my phone.. however, it works perfectly with anyone elses phones via Bluetooth what’s the problem how do I fix this

Hi @langleybug ,

Have you connected your phone to another BT speaker and check how it works, you didn't say?

I'm wondering if your phone is the problem and not the speaker.

If it doesn't work properly when your phone is paired to another speaker have you checked the BT settings in the phone?

If it also doesn't work when connected to another BT speaker what is the make and model number of the phone?
