Can I link my landline phones to my iPhone

I’m trying to cut the cable. Altice has bought out my local internet provider. I currently get my internet, TV and phone service via this internet provider. Alice is offering $20 per month cell phone service. I want to cancel my television service and just stream. I would also like to cancel my phone service and go cellular. Now I would like to tether my cell to my land line wireless phones (I have one cord connected main phone and four wireless phones, currently) I have heard this is possible with just a small device by parking my cell phone next to it. Can anyone give me information on what device I need to get?

If you’re talking about using your iPhone as if it was a landline phone (but instead of using something like a VOIP landline, you use the phone), Panasonic sells Link2Cell compatible phones but it is not possible to add it to existing handsets without an entire system upgrade.

If you have a Costco membership, they sell a Link2Cell compatible phone (link removed as this model is discontinued - Panasonic KX-TG985). I don’t have a Costco membership so I don’t know the price of it readily, but I do know it’s not a particularly bad deal and the phones work well. I would check the compatibility as Link2Cell support is limited, and the iPhones may not work. Some of them support more then others too in some cases.
