Disk Drive works very inconsistantly

I’ve been having issues with my disk drive recently. I have taken it apart and put it back together multiple times in an attempt to fix the problem, each time resulting in the disk drive acting differently. Sometimes it accepts the disk with a bit of force then can eject it easily. Sometimes it tries to eject when there is nothing in there (despite the black arms on the disk drive itself not being stuck upon inspection). Sometimes the disk will go half in, but it won’t be detected and the disk drive won’t try to roll it inside (this is the most common). It appears to be a problem with the arms, but upon inspection, nothing seems to be wrong. Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

Edit: I have a CAH 1200 series

The part where you put the disk in and the blu-ray drive feeds in the disc that is usually a probably with the two light blue-ish rollers that roll the disc in.

Rollers do wear out over time and can also get dirty. What I usually do is rub clean it lightly with isopropyl alcohol then sand the rollers about 2-3 runs on each rough surface sections of the rollers.

For the triple beeping / self-ejection by itself check for dust near the metal silver piece on the bottom cover. Clean dust if there is some dust there as that interferes with the ejection button.

Hey, I opened it and cleaned the rollers. I also realised I wasn't sliding the bottom metal cover back into place correctly, it is meant to be tucked under a bit on the end. Thanks for your help! Works great now.
