Why is my internal keyboard not recognized on startup?

Hi everybody!I have got a problem with my MacBook Pro. So the problem is when I power my MB on I can not perform any command I mean select the boot drive pressing alt(option) performing SMC, NVRAM reset actually nothing. But after it reaches the login screen every key works fine i can enter my password everything works okay.Somebody can help me please?

Run a “Paid For” antivirus program like Symantec Endpoint Protection.

Do you have access to a USB keyboard? You’ll need to give it a try.

I tried it with wired and with wireless keyboard ...same results.

Something just doesn't add up here. Was this an Apple USB keyboard or something else?

It was a Dell wired Keyboard!

See if an Apple USB keyboard works. Sometimes other party keyboards don't always react in the same way.
