Blue blinking light, with no video out

PS4 was recently shipped across the world (Worked perfectly beforehand).

Reconnected to same TV as before it was shipped, and the blue status light blinks with no video output being received to the TV.

  • I replaced the HDD but the same thing happens.
  • The PS4 remote is able to turn the console on when plugged in via USB.
  • Safe mode cant be activated through holding down the power button for over 7 seconds. Second beep occurs but safe mode isn’t entered.
  • To turn off the console, the power and eject buttons need to be held at the same time.
  • Multiple HDMI cables have been tested on the machine.

Try to replace HDMI cable if doesn't work this means ur HDMI chip which which manages the HDMI controller is short. Get it replace and it will work as nothing happened.

Unfortunately this hasn't resolved the issue. The machine still remains unresponsive.

As a side-question. The computer store that I purchased the replacement HDD from mentioned that the drive requires initialising before installing. Any knowledge about this?

Bro u are saying it gives no output so how can u initialize a drive in safemofe when there is no output to TV. Your HDMI controller in ps4 is short usually this happens through a electric shock during storm. You should take it to a repair shop and replace that component.

Get ur Panasonic HDMI port replaced.

Hi! Are you sure that it's the HDMI port ? Usually the PS4 would turn white instead of blue with no video output. Or also called "WLOD". This could be something else.

So the harddrive is already replaced. Could you run tests on another TV? In the worst case, it could be the APU..

There is a circuit inside ps4 with the HDMI port the controller is Panasonic video controller and that is burned. 100 percent
