Why do the rip hair out my neck

These are expensive and brand new why do they rip the hair out of my neck unreal these are the worst clippers I ever had I have cheap ones that work ten times better?

When your blades start to pull the hair the first thing to try is apply two drops of clipper oil to the blades and test cut again. (Oil lubricates the blades and allows them to run at the correct speed and ensure better cutting. It also helps the clipper run cooler. If your clipper blades are still pulling the hair, you will need to replace your blades or alternatively have them sharpened.

I did oil the blades even though they were oiled when I took them out the box. They are brand new I just got them paid 70 bucks for them I have $10 Wahl trimmers that are years old never oil them and they have never done that. I'm sending them back tomorrow thanks for the input.
