True Tone Option Disappeared

I don’t have a True Tone option. My dad got a new iPhone 11 Pro yesterday and I noticed the screen difference. I went into settings and True Tone is not a option. Help!

Options

If you replaced the top sensor cable or the screen without reprogram the new ones, you will not get True Tone.

I had my phone screen replaced by Asurion, which I bought through Verizon. Worst experience ever, but I can actually believe that. I will have to take it in and get it checked out.
