Screen is separating on my iPhone?

My IPhone 5s screen started lifting from its body. (Probably due to battery). Now it gotten to the point where the screen is even separating into two different layers. The screen still works. I’ve tested it.

Is the sceeen fixable or do I need to buy another? In case of needing to buy another am I able to reuse my camera and homebutton from original screen or shall I get a screen with all of that included already?

Chosen Solution

It’s most likely due to the battery acid expanding cause the batter to be bloated and the adhesive to break loose so what Id do is buy a battery and adhesive and fix it. So yea it is fixable. You can also visit repairing guides on ifixit.com.

Not that I've know.

Yeah I see this a lot in my repair store. Clients come in with it all the time on iPhone 5 to 7 plus.

iPads can have it too which is worse as the LCD tends to get damaged as a result.

Mostly caused by glass fragments puncturing the display, aged cell chemicals or dropping the phone a lot / very hard.
