I can't seem to find the complete disassembly guide for model A1286 - only the initial teardown...does it exist?

I have a couple of the MacBook Pro's service manual but need to have at least the year for your model to see if I can help you.

"Complete Disassembly" isn't really a term we use around here. Depending on your specific model and needs, we can try to point you towards the correct repair guide.

There are 16 models in the A1286 series. If you can give us the last three figures of your serial number we can direct you to the proper guides that are available.
