Which motherboard can I upgrade to?

Hi all,

So as the title states I am looking to upgrade my 2.3GHz i5 CPU to something a bit more powerful, and I know I have to get a new logic board. Does anyone know which one(s) are compatible? Also, if I just upgrade the ram and get an SSD, will it be better to do that then getting a new logic board and ram and SSD?
