Service Battery after upgrade from Snow Leopard to OS X Lion

When I installed Lion, everything seemed perfect. But the message appearedon the battery icon "Service Battery" He notes that there is a problem that worried, but people who had the same problem at the turn of Leopard to SnowLeopard, says they had to change the battery.

With 310 cycles and 75% of life, the battery, it should work without any problem.

I really need a good answer for that.

Apple may answer this for free since it involved you buying a new product from them. I haven't heard of this problem before. I would call them here:

I have the same problem...

Apple told me to shut down the computer, the hold Shift, Control, Option, and the power button for 10 seconds, then just hit the power button to turn your computer back on...

I haven't noticed a difference. then I called back and they said that I should replace the battery given that my Full Charge Capacity is 2397 mAh (apparently that is low (?))
