Evaporator Fan not blowing
The evaporator fan motor is not blowing and it is getting power. The motor shows no continuity. when ohm testing it with a digital meter the meter reading stays solid at 1, no movement whatsoever noted.
Does this mean the fan motor is stuck in the open position and therefore no contact; as such the circuit cannot be completed to make it turn on?
